It covers personal data collected through this website. It does not cover data you give us in person, by post, or through our social media pages, which are governed by those platforms’ own policies.
When you use our contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional) and the message you write. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — which are used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use website analytics. There is no Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel or similar tracking on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors or track you across other websites.
We do not take payments on this website. Giving is completed inside your own UPI or banking app, or by cheque. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI credentials.
We use your information for the purpose you gave it to us for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
When you submit the contact form you are consenting to us using your details to reply. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us at the address above, and we will stop using your data and delete it unless we are required to keep it.
We share personal data only with the services that make this website work:
Both Bluehost and Google Workspace operate servers outside India, so your enquiry is stored and delivered on infrastructure that may sit abroad. Apart from that, we do not transfer personal data outside India.
Contact form submissions are kept for one year, after which they are deleted. Server logs are held by our host, Bluehost, which retains them for a minimum of 30 days before they are rotated. We do not read these logs except when investigating a fault or a security problem, and we do not use them to build a picture of individual visitors.
The site is served over HTTPS, access to form submissions is limited to those who need it, and we take reasonable steps to protect personal data against loss or misuse.
Our Kids Church and Teenage Ministry serve children, but this website does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If a child needs to be registered for a ministry, that happens in person with a parent or guardian, not through this site.

This site does not set cookies of its own, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Two embedded services can set their own: the Google Map on the Contact page, which sets cookies as soon as the page loads, and the YouTube players on the home and Sermons pages, which are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and set nothing until you press play.
